On October 25th, the 20th China International Mining Exhibition opened grandly in Beijing. Shandong Jintingniu showcased multiple new products and solutions at the exhibition, attracting widespread attention from the audience. The exhibits included diamond pick teeth, solidifying agent, high-speed laser internal/external wall cladding complete equipment and processes, underground rock-throwing filling system construction, rock-throwing grouting and filling technology and equipment solutions, etc., attracting numerous visitors to stop and watch.

A Glimpse of the 19th China International Coal Mining Technology Exchange and Equipment Exhibition
The "Diamond Self-Rotating Hard Rock Pick" is our company's new generation of hard rock picks. It mainly solves problems such as the pick head's poor wear resistance, uneven wear, and the alloy head being easily broken or chipped, greatly improving the service life of the pick and helping coal mines reduce mining costs, especially effectively reducing wear and tear when encountering excessively hard rock.

Golden Sky Beetle In-Service Employee Training Week
From March 1st to March 7th, 2011, a week-long training session was organized for Jintianniu Mining Machinery Company employees by our company's external expert lecturers and company leadership. Sealed roller with a protected bend cavity
On March 31, 2011, we warmly celebrate that the sealing device roller with a protective bend cavity produced by our company, after verification by the State Intellectual Property Office of 9 documents including the utility model patent application, claims, and description, has been accepted by the State Intellectual Property Office. The purpose of this utility model roller is to provide a sealing device with a protective bend cavity, thus extending its service life, effectively protecting the exposed part of the inner seal. The outer protective cover is simple to manufacture, uses widely available materials, and has high strength, effectively protecting the cleanliness of the roller bearing inside. The annular protrusion of the inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring are combined with the shaft sleeve through grease sealing.

Automated roller production line successfully developed
From March to April 2011, in response to inconsistencies and low work efficiency in our company's roller production line, a team of dozens of experts, including our chief engineer and other engineers, jointly developed an automated roller production line. Leveraging our company's advanced equipment and highly skilled workforce, we continuously optimized the roller production line's processes and provided relevant personnel with intensive training. The establishment of the automated roller production line not only significantly improved production efficiency and reduced labor intensity but also elevated product quality to a higher standard. Quality inspectors improved their assessment of raw materials and overall quality by 10%.

Our company's patented product, the spark-free reinforced alloy-based self-rotating pick, was compared with the best currently used domestic pick (a certain imported pick valued at 1000 yuan/piece) in a comparative test at Xiezhuang Mine. Our company's pick surpassed the imported pick in terms of both wear and service life, receiving unanimous praise from the mine. Our company's patented product, the spark-free reinforced alloy-based self-rotating pick, was also subjected to an industrial test at the 71310E working face of the 13th layer of the Xiezhuang Coal Mine in the Xin Kuang Group.
